Size: Large to about 3 inches.

Habitat: Marshy areas and slightly brackish waters. Migrates and can be found about anywhere it seems.

Flight Period: April -early November

Similar Species: Comet Darner

Comments: A very widespread darner found all across the US and southern Canada. Our only darner that lays eggs in tandem.
