This beautiful female Eastern Tiger Swallowtail is just sunning herself. This swallowtail species the female is dimorphic. The dark form female mimics the Pipevine Swallowtail.

Hosts: Wild Black Cherry (Prunus serotina) and Tulip Tree (Liriodendron tulipifrera)
