Size: Wingspan is 1 3/8 to 1 7/8 inches.

Similar Species:
Orange Sulphur

Habitat: Widely found in all types of open areas and cultivated fields of North Carolina.

Abundance: Common to abundant in most of the state and uncommon in the mountains.

Flight Period: Flies from early March until late November.
